Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Public Administration Act) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26(4) of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister, has made the following

order:-

The title of this order is the Revocation of Subsidiary

Legislation (Public Administration Act) Order, 2020.

In the first and second columns of the Fourth Schedule to

the Public Administration Act, under the headings "Agency" and

"Agency function", the words "National Aerospace Centre" and "To

develop, research, enhance the aerospace industry and related policy,

including the launching and management of relevant programs and

projects" shall be deleted.

Without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done

thereunder, the National Aerospace Centre (Establishment as an

Agency) Order is hereby repealed.
