Malta Individual Investor Programme Agency (Establishment)

(Amendment) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 39 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Malta Individual Investor

commencement.

Programme Agency (Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2020 and

this order shall be read and construed as one with the Malta Individual

Investor Programme Agency (Establishment) Order, hereinafter

referred to as the "principal order".

(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on 29th

March 2018.

Immediately after article 10 of the principal order there

shall be added the following new article

" Exemption

The Agency shall be exempted from any
