Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Innovative Technology Arrangements and Services Act (Amendment)

Regulations, 2020, the Minister for Finance and Financial Services has

established the 9 th October, 2020 as the date on which all the

provisions of the same regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force.
