Beverage Containers Recycling Regulations, 2020
Commencement Notice
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the
Beverage Containers Recycling Regulations, the Minister for the
Environment, Climate Change and Planning has established
(a) the 15th of January 2021 as the date on which
regulations 19, 21, 22, 23, 24 of the same regulations shall come
into force; and
(b) the 2nd of May 2021 as the date on which regulations
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 of
the same regulations shall come into force.
