Public Procurement (Amendment to the Schedules)

Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Public

Finance and Management Act, the Minister responsible for finance has

made the following regulations:-

The title of this regulation is the Public Procurement

(Amendment to the Schedules) Regulations, 2020 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with Schedule 1 and

Schedule 2 of the Public Procurement Regulations, hereinafter

respectively referred to as "Schedule 1" and "Schedule 2".

The words "Malta Industrial Parks Ltd." in Schedule 1 shall

be substituted by the words "INDIS Malta Ltd.".
