COORDINATION OF GOVERNMENT INSPECTIONS ACT

Coordination of Government Inspections

(Amendment to the Schedule) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by article 9(2)

of the Coordination of Government Inspections Act, the Minister

responsible for commerce has made the following order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Coordination of Government Inspections Open official source

The title of this order is the Coordination of Government

Inspections (Amendment to the Schedule) Order, 2020, and this order

shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to Coordination

of Government Inspections Act, hereinafter referred to as "the

Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amends the Schedule — Coordination of Government Inspections Open official source

The words "Malta Industrial Parks" in the Schedule shall be

substituted by the words "INDIS Malta Ltd.".
