Public Administration Act

(Amendment to the Sixth Schedule) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 39 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Public Administration Act Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Public Administration

(Amendment to the Sixth Schedule) Regulations, 2020 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Sixth Schedule

of the Public Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as "the

Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amends the Schedule — Public Administration Act Open official source

The words "Malta Industrial Parks Ltd." in the Schedule

shall be substituted by the words "INDIS Malta Ltd.".
