CONDUCT CERTIFICATES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 77)

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment No. 2) Regulations,

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affairs,

National Security and Law Enforcement, has made the following

regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates

Ordinance (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Conduct

Certificates Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance".

Reg. 2 Amends the Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance. — Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, Open official source

In the Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance, immediately after

the item "The Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations." there shall

be added the following new item

"The Identity Malta Agency.".
