Organised Public Mass Events
(Amendment No. 5) Regulations, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the
Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for Public Health, after
consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the
following regulations:-
(1) The title of these regulations is the Organised Public
commencement.
Mass Events (Amendment No. 5) Regulations, 2020 and these
regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Organised
Public Mass Events Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the
"principal regulations".
These regulations shall come into force on the 19 th October

2020.
In regulation 4 of the principal regulations, the words
"customers sitting at tables." shall be substituted by the words
"customers sitting at tables:" and immediately thereafter there shall be
added the following new proviso
"Provided that all bars, snack bars, clubs and kiosks
shall be closed between 11p.m. and 5a.m. on the following
morning.".
