Travel Ban (Extension to All Countries) (Amendment No. 5)

Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the

Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Travel Ban (Extension to

All Countries) (Amendment No. 5) Order, 2020 and this order shall be

read and construed as one with the Travel Ban (Extension to All

Countries) Order, 2020, hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

(2)

This order shall come into force on the 2nd October 2020.

The second proviso to article 2 of the principal order shall

be amended as follows

(a) the words "Liechtenstein:" shall be substituted by the

words "Liechtenstein;"; and

(b) immediately after paragraph (xx) there shall be added

the following new paragraph

"(yy) Sweden:".
