Cinema and Stage Age-Classification (Amendment) Regulations,

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 33 of the Arts

Council Malta Act, the Minister responsible for Culture has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Cinema and Stage Age-

Classification (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Cinema and Stage Age-

Classification Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

Sub-regulation (7) of regulation 3 of the principal

regulations shall be substituted by the following new sub-regulation

"(7) The fees payable to every age-classifier of film shall

be according to the Manual for setting the categorisation,

classification and remuneration of Government appointed boards

and committees.".
