Number of Persons in Public Spaces (Amendment)
Regulations, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the
Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the
following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Number of Persons in
Public Spaces (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations
shall be read and construed as one with the Number of Persons in
2020. Public Spaces Regulations, 2020 herein after referred to as the
"principal regulations".

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations the words
"fifteen (15) persons" shall be substituted by the words "ten (10)
persons".
