Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Judicial Review (Decisions not to Prosecute and Other Decisions of the

Prosecution) Act, 2020, the Minister for Justice, Equality and

Governance has established the 1 st October 2020 as the date on which

the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
