Regularisation of Existing Development (Amendment)
Regulations, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 83 and 84 of
the Development Planning Act, the Minister responsible for planning,
after consultation with the Planning Authority, has made the following
regulations

The title of these regulations is the Regularisation of
Existing Development (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, and these
regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Regularisation
of Existing Development Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the
principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Repeal of regulation 7 of the principal regulations. — Regulations, 2020
