Development Planning (Health and Sanitary)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 83 and 84 of

the Development Planning Act, the Minister for the Environment,

Climate Change and Planning after consultation with the Planning

Authority, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is Development Planning

(Health and Sanitary) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Development

Planning (Health and Sanitary) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations".

In paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 15 of

the principal regulations, the words "forty centimetres." shall be

substituted by the words "forty centimeters;" and immediately

thereafter, there shall be added the following new paragraph

"(c) parking levels shall be not less than two (2) meters

and ten (10) centimeters.".
