Tariff of Fees for Advocates and Professional

Counsel regarding Mediation relative to the Rent Regulation Board

Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 30 of the

Mediation Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government, after consultation with the Malta Mediation Centre, has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Tariff of Fees for

Advocates and Professional Counsel regarding Mediation relative to

the Rent Regulation Board Regulations, 2020.

The minimum professional fees due to advocates, legal

procurators or other professionals who provide their services during

the mediation process relative to the Rent Regulation Board shall be

regulated in accordance with the Fees of the Rent Regulation Board

Regulations.
