MEDIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2017

(ACT No. VIII OF 2017)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Mediation (Amendment) Act, 2017, the Minister for Justice, Equality

and Governance has established the 28th September, 2020 as the date

when the provisions of articles 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come

into force.
