Beverage Containers Recycling Regulations, 2020

Commencement Notice

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Beverage Containers Recycling Regulations, the Minister for the

Environment, Climate Change and Planning has established the 15th

of January, 2021 as the date on which regulation 20 of the same

regulations shall come into force.
