(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020
(ACT No. I of 2020)
Commencement Notice
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the
Prevention of Money Laundering (Amendment) Act, 2020, the
Minister for Finance and Financial Services, has established the 7th
February, 2020 as the date on which all the provisions of the same Act
shall be deemed to have come into force.
