Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Public Administration Act) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26(4) of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

Order:-

The title of this Order is the Revocation of Subsidiary

Legislation (Public Administration Act) Order, 2020.

In the first and second columns entitled "Agency" and

"Agency Function" respectively of the Fourth Schedule annexed to the

Public Administration Act, the words "Malta Marittima Agency" and

"To carry out functions related to the promotion, development and

growth of the maritime sector" shall be deleted.

Without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done

thereunder, the Malta Marittima (Establishment as an Agency) Order

is hereby repealed.
