Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule)

(Amendment No. 5) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Equality and

Governance has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Commissioners

commencement.

for Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment No. 5) Regulations, 2020.

These regulations shall come into force on 19 th August

Any breach of the provisions of the Closure of Certain

Places of Entertainment Regulations, 2020 and the Number of Persons

in Public Spaces Regulations, 2020, shall be regarded as a scheduled

2020. offence for the purposes of the Commissioners of Justice Act.

In the first column of the Schedule to the Commissioners for

Justice Act, immediately under the words "Mandatory Use of Medical or

Cloth Masks Regulations, 2020." there shall be added the words

"Closure of Certain Places of Entertainment Regulations, 2020. Number

of Persons in Public Spaces Regulations, 2020.".
