Organised Public Mass Events

(Amendment No. 4) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 26 and 27(c)

of the Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for Public Health,

after consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Organised Public

commencement.

Mass Events (Amendment No. 4) Regulations, 2020 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Organised

Public Mass Events Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the

"principal regulations".

These regulations shall come into force on 28 th August

In the third proviso to regulation 2 of the principal

regulations, the words "public mass events." shall be substituted by the

words "public mass events:" and immediately after there shall the

added the following new proviso

"Provided further that all stand up organized public

mass events and all stand up organized events shall be

prohibited.".
