Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment No. 4)

Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Equality and

Governance has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Commissioners

commencement.

These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

Any breach of the provisions of the Mandatory Use of

Medical or Cloth Masks Regulations shall be regarded as a scheduled

offence for the purposes of the Commissioners of Justice Act.

In the first column of the Schedule to the Commissioners

for Justice Act, immediately under the words "Organised Public Mass

Events Regulations, 2020" there shall be added the words "Mandatory

Use of Medical or Cloth Masks Regulations, 2020."
