European Account Preservation Order Procedure

(Amendment) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(2) of the

European Union Act, the Prime Minister, has made the following

Order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — European Account Preservation Order Procedure Open official source

(1) The title of this Order is European Account

Preservation Order Procedure (Amendment) Order, 2020 and it shall

be read and construed as one with the European Account Preservation

Order Procedure Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

Order".

(2)

This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the

18 th December 2019.

Reg. 2 Amends article 5 of the principal Order. — European Account Preservation Order Procedure Open official source

In article 5 of the principal Order, the words "Attorney

General" shall be substituted by the words "State Advocate".
