Resource, Recovery and Recycling Agency (Establishment)

(Amendment) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26(1) of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

regulations:-

The title of this order is the Resource, Recovery and

Recycling Agency (Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2020, and

this order shall be read and construed as one with the Resource,

Recovery and Recycling Agency (Establishment) Order, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal order".

Sub-article (1) of article 3 of the principal order shall be

amended as follows

(a) paragraphs (s) and (t) thereof shall be renumbered as

paragraphs (t) and (u) respectively; and

(b) immediately after paragraph (r) thereof, there shall be

added the following new paragraph

"(s) to issue, renew, amend, vary, suspend or revoke

any authorisation or licence that may be required by any

law;".
