Nomination of Central Authority (Amendment) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by article 4(1)

of the Legal Procedures (Ratification of Conventions) Act, the

Minister for Justice, Equality and Governance has made the following

order:-

(1) The title of this Order is the Nomination of Central

commencement.

Authority (Amendment) Order, 2020 and shall be read and construed

as one with the Nomination of Central Authority Order, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal order".

(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on the

18 th December 2019.

In article 2 of the principal order, the words "Attorney

General" shall be substituted by the words "State Advocate".
