Smoking in Public Places (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 9 of the
Tobacco (Smoking Control) Act, the Minister for Health made the
following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation and — Smoking in Public Places (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020

(1) The title of these regulations is the Smoking in Public
commencement.
Places (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations
shall be read and construed as one with the Smoking in Public Places
Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".
(2)
These regulations shall come into force on 24 July 2020.

Reg. 2 Deletes regulation 5A of the principal regulations. — Smoking in Public Places (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020
