Police Act

(Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 82(2) of the

Police Act, the Minister responsible for police has made the following

regulations

Reg. 1 Citation. — 292 tal-2020 – Regolamenti tal-2020 li jemendaw it-Tieni Skeda li tinsab mal-Att dwar il-Pulizija Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Police Act (Amendment

of Second Schedule) Regulations, 2020, and these regulations shall be

read and construed as one with the Second Schedule to the Police Act,

hereinafter in these regulations referred to as the "Second Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amends the Second Schedule. — 292 tal-2020 – Regolamenti tal-2020 li jemendaw it-Tieni Skeda li tinsab mal-Att dwar il-Pulizija Open official source

In paragraph (f) of item 6 of the Second Schedule

immediately after the words "Police officer," there shall be added the

words "unless the anonymous communication is made in accordance

with the procedure indicated in the prevalent anti-fraud and corruption

policy of the Force,".
