PROPERTY CONSULTANTS ACT, 2020

(ACT No. XXXII of 2020)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Real

Estate Agents, Property Brokers and Property Consultants Act, 2020,

the Parliamentary Secretary for Lands and Construction, has established

the 7 th July, 2020 as the date on which all the provisions of the same

Act shall come into force.
