Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Central Bank of Malta (Amendment) Act, 2020, the Minister for

Finance and Financial Services, has established the 6 th July, 2020 as

the date on which all the provisions of the same Act shall come into

force.
