(Repeal) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 6(1) and 13(i)

of the Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister responsible for

Justice has made the following order:-

Reg. 1 Title and — Local Tribunals (Suspension of Delivery of Summons) Open official source

(1) The title of this order is the Local Tribunals

commencement.

(Suspension of Delivery of Summons) (Repeal) Order, 2020.

This order shall come into force on 26th June, 2020.

The Local Tribunals (Suspension of Delivery of Summons)

Regulations are hereby repealed with effect from the 26th June 2020,

without prejudice to the validity of anything done or omitted to be

done on the basis thereof.
