MINOR PROTECTION (ALTERNATIVE CARE) ACT
(CAP. 602)
Commencement Notice
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the Minor
Protection (Alternative Care) Act, 2020, the Minister for the Family,
Children’s Rights and Social Solidarity, has established the 1st of July,
2020 as the date on which all the provisions of the same Act, with the
exception of articles 9(2), (3), (4), 15 and 26 to 30, shall be deemed to
have come into force.
