Electronic Communications Networks and Services (General)

(Amendment No.4) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 47 of the

Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act, the Minister responsible

for Communications after consultation with the Minister for Finance

and the Malta Communications Authority has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Electronic

Communications Networks and Services (General) (Amendment No.4)

Regulations, 2020, and these regulations shall be read and construed as

one with the Electronic Communications Networks and Services

(General) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

In Part C of the Eighth Schedule to the principal

regulations, immediately after paragraph (b) there shall be added the

following

"(c) Numbers in the ‘4’ number range

excluding such numbers as the Minister may, after

allocated

consultation with or on the advice of the Authority,

numbering

from time to time establish by order in the Gazette

block of

numbers;".
