Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the
Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affairs,
National Security and Law Enforcement has made the following
regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2020

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates
Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, and these regulations
shall be read and construed as one with the Conduct Certificates
Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance".

Reg. 2 Amends the Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance. — Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2020

the item "The Malta Financial Services Authority.", there shall be
added the following
"The Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations.".
