Enforcement of the Order Relating to the Number of Persons

in Public Spaces (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for Public Health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the

following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Enforcement of

commencement.

the order relating to the number of persons in Public Spaces

(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations shall be

read and construed as one with the Enforcement of the order relating to

the number of persons in public spaces regulations, hereinafter

referred to as the "principal regulations".

These regulations shall come into force on the 5 th June,

2020. In regulation 4 of the principal regulations, the words "and

the Number of Persons in Public Spaces (Increase in Number of

Persons) Order" shall be deleted.

In regulation 5 of the principal regulations, the words "and

the Number of Persons in Public Spaces (Increase in Number of

Persons) Order." shall be deleted.

Any act, decision or action taken before the coming into

force of the Enforcement of the Order Relating to the Number of

Persons in Public Spaces (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020 shall

2020. remain to be regulated by the Enforcement of the Order Relating to the

Number of Persons in Public Spaces Regulations, 2020 as in force

prior to the coming into force of the Enforcement of the Order Relating

to the Number of Persons in Public Spaces (Amendment No. 2)
