Suspension of Organised Events (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the

Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Suspension of Organised

Events (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020, and this order shall be read

and construed as one with the Suspension of Organised Events Order,

herein after referred to as the "principal order".

This order shall come into force on the 5 th June, 2020.

Regulation 2 of the principal order shall be substituted by

the following new regulation

"2. The Superintendent of Public Health hereby orders

that the organisation of contact sports shall be suspended

Provided that the Superintendent of Public Health

may, at her discretion, grant an exemption which is subject to

measures which the Superintendent may impose.".
