Malta Police (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 82 of the
Police Act, the Minister for Home Affairs, National Security and Law
Enforcement, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Malta Police
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations shall be
read and construed as one with the Malta Police Regulations,
hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 3 of the principal regulations. — Malta Police (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2020

In sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of regulation 3 of the
principal regulations, immediately after the words "with contact lenses"
there shall be added the words "or spectacles".
