Public Administration Act (Fifth Schedule)

(Amendment) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 38 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-

The title of this order is the Public Administration Act

(Fifth Schedule) Amendment Order, 2020 and this order shall be read

and construed as one with the Fifth Schedule of the Public

Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Schedule".

In the Second Part of the Schedule, the words "The

Regulator for Energy and Water Services" shall be substituted by the

words "The Chairman of the Regulator for Energy and Water

Services".
