Epidemics and Infectious Disease (Suspension of Legal and

Judicial Times) (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the

Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Epidemics and Infectious

commencement.

Disease (Suspension of Legal and Judicial times) (Amendment No. 2)

Order, 2020, and this order shall be read and construed as one with the

Epidemics and Infectious Disease (Suspension of Legal and Judicial

Times) Order, herein after referred to as the "principal order".

This order shall come into force on the 4 th May 2020.

In sub-article (2) of article 3 of the principal order, the

words "the opening of its registry," shall be deleted.

Any time limits which were suspended prior to the coming

into force of the Epidemics and Infectious Disease (Suspension of Legal

and Judicial times) (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020 shall remain

suspended.
