Number of Persons in Public Spaces

(Increase in Number of Persons) Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 27(c) of the

Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Number of Persons in

commencement.

Public Spaces (Increase in Number of Persons) Order, 2020.

This order shall come into force on the 4 th May, 2020.

In furtherance to the third proviso of article 3 of the

Number of Persons in Public Spaces Order, the Superintendent of

Public Health is hereby increasing the number of persons in public

spaces to four (4) persons.
