PARTICIPATION WITHIN THE SINGLE RESOLUTION FUND
AND GRANTING OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT UNDER THE
SINGLE RESOLUTION MECHANISM ACT
(CAP. 547)
Commencement Notice
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the
Participation within the Single Resolution Fund and granting of
financial support under the Single Resolution Mechanism Act, the
Minister for Finance and Financial Services, has established the 29th
November, 2015 as the date on which all the provisions of the same
Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
