(Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the
Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following
order

The title of this order is the Malta Residency Visa Agency
(Establishment) (Amendment No. 2) Order, 2020 and this order shall
be read and construed as one with the Malta Residency Visa Agency
(Establishment) Order, hereinafter referred to as the "principal order".

Reg. 2 Amends article 6 of the principal order. — Malta Residency Visa Agency (Establishment)

In sub-article (1) of article 6 of the principal order, the
words "which Board, some of its members are also involved in the
direction of the Identity Malta Agency, an agency established under
the Act," shall be deleted.
