Skills Development (Amendment) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Malta

Enterprise Act, the Minister for the Economy, Investment and Small

Businesses, after consultation with the Malta Enterprise Corporation,

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Skills Development

(Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Skills Development Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

Sub-regulation (2) of regulation 5 of the principal

regulations shall be substituted by the following

"(2) The maximum support per skills development project

shall be of two million euro (€2,000,000).".

Regulation 7 of the principal regulations shall be

substituted by the following

"7. No assistance under these regulations shall be

awarded by the Corporation after 31 st December 2022.".
