Conservation of Wild Birds (Declaration on a Derogation for a 2020

Spring Hunting Season for Quail) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 54 and 55 of

the Environment Protection Act, the Minister for the Environment,

Climate Change and Planning, in conjunction with the Minister for

Gozo and after consultation with the Environment and Resources
