Declaration of a Public Health Emergency Order, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 14 and 27(c)

of the Public Health Act, the Superintendent of Public Health has

made the following order:-

Reg. 2 Declaration of a public health emergency. — Declaration of a Public Health Emergency Order, 2020 Open official source

(1) In accordance with article 14 of the Public Health

Act, the Superintendent of Public Health hereby declares that with

effect from the 7 th March, 2020 a public health emergency exists.

(2) The public health emergency follows the COVID-19

pandemic and applies to Malta.
