Fees of the Adjudicating Panel for Private

Residential Leases Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 34 of the

Private Residential Leases Act, the Minister for Social

Accommodation has made the following regulations:-

The assessment of the Registrar on the amount of fees to

be paid shall be final.
