Private Residential Leases (Fees) Regulations, 2020

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 34 of the

Private Residential Leases Act, the Minister Social Accommodation

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Private Residential

Leases (Fees) Regulations, 2020.

There shall be levied by the Housing Authority the

following fees

a. for the registration of a private residential lease

agreement ....................................................................

b. for the late registration of a private residential lease

agreement ....................................................................

c. for the renewal of a private residential lease

agreement ....................................................................

5.00

3. These regulations shall be without prejudice to the right of

the Housing Authority to exempt the lessors from the payment of these

fees for any period of time.
