Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Trade Secrets Act, 2018, the Minister for the Economy, Investment and

Small Businesses the 14th May, 2019 as the date when all the

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
