Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 22(2) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Administrative Justice

Act (Second Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Second

Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as

''the Second Schedule''.

Immediately after the words

''Government Land Act

Inferior Competence''

in the Second Schedule, there shall be added the following

''Gaming Act

Inferior Competence

Malta Digital Innovation

Authority Act

Superior Competence''.
