LOCAL COUNCILS (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ACT, 2019

(ACT No. XIV of 2019)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Local

Councils (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2019, the Minister for Justice,

Culture and Local Government has established the 26th April, 2019 as

the date when all the provisions, excluding articles 30 and 71 of the

said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force.
